Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)

The Federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is available to businesses hiring job seekers who have faced significant barriers to employment such as qualified veterans, justice-involved candidates, persons with disabilities, and other groups.  Federal business taxes can be reduced by $2400-$9600 for each employee who qualifies for the WOTC. Pay less in taxes as you expand the diversity of your workforce and the number of new candidates to consider for employment with this program.

Federal Bonding

The Federal Bonding Program gives bonds as a free incentive for employers to hire at-risk workers such as those involved with the justice system, individuals in recovery from drug or alcohol abuse, persons who are economically disadvantaged, and other groups. Bonds will reimburse businesses for employee theft or dishonesty. Federal bonds can reduce risks for businesses, while providing opportunities to people who may struggle to get a job.
