Work-Based Learning

Purpose

Work-based learning (WBL) provides candidates with hands-on experience in a place of business.  Work-based learning programs help bridge the gap between learning and doing.  Many businesses have used this process as a "working interview"; the unique offering enables the business and leadership teams to observe the individual(s) first-hand in a real work environment and effectively evaluate their potential.

Benefits

Serves as a working interview to help your business make the right hiring decisions

A no-cost connection to candidates with no financial or insurance-related liabilities

An opportunity to help under-served families in the area become self-sufficient
