Formerly known as the NonStop Local KHQ/WorkSource Spokane Job Fair, we are excited to now present the Spokane County Career Expo! Set to attract over 1,000 job seekers and 150+ employers and resource providers, this event is designed to offer more than just job opportunities. With the transition to a career expo, we're able to provide a broader range of resources, including interactive displays, one-on-one career coaching, and career development mini workshops. This year, we’re thrilled to move to the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center, offering a larger, more accessible venue to connect even more talent with exciting career opportunities, training providers, and community resources.

Where is the event located?
The event will take place at the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center, commonly referred to as the Spokane County Fair Grounds. The address is:
404 N Havana St, Spokane Valley, WA 99212.
What are the event hours?
The event is open to the public from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Vendor unload and set-up time is from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. If the event is still at capacity, please plan to stay until 3:30 PM.
What is provided with each booth?
Each booth is 10x10 and includes:
- Two chairs
- One skirted 8’ table
- Electrical access (details on extension cords and placement are being finalized with L&I) Extra chairs may be available upon request. Decorations and swag are encouraged to make your booth stand out, but no helium balloons or homemade food items are allowed.
How can I prepare for the event?
We recommend speaking with a Talent Solutions Team Member to learn more about the event. While attendance numbers vary, previous years saw between 700 to 1,000 attendees, so plan accordingly. The Spokane County Library District will offer a computer lab, allowing you to direct potential candidates to apply online. There will also be space for on-the-spot interviews, so bring extra copies of your materials.
How will booth loading work?
Booth loading is still being coordinated with the venue. However, there are plenty of entrances that may be used based on your booth’s location. All registered employer points of contact will receive detailed information before the event.
Is parking available for vendors?
Yes, parking is free for all event attendees. We will provide an update regarding designated vendor parking locations in the event's parking lot.
Will refreshments be provided?
Each vendor will receive two lunch tickets unless additional lunches were purchased during registration. Additional lunches will not be available for purchase. Concessions in the plaza will be open during the event. An employer break area will also be available, offering complimentary beverages. Catering details are still being finalized.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, we require 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
